Legal cannabis doesn't give billionaires the kind of profit margins they fancy so they would love to use the force of the feds to force medical cannabis patients to be forced to resort to opiates, because for them that's a great investment, and cannabis is crap for them compared to the depth of the opiates addict's affliction.
The DEA refuses treatment for ADD because forcing ADD patients to resort to cocaine and speed keeps the DEA in business.
Eh idk about that. I don't think ADD people are propping up the cocaine market even if legal coke would be appreciated.
