Ask HN: Easiest way to maintain a static HTML resume?

I have been building my resume using with tailwindcss and a basic HTML file. It works, but it feels like I am not always getting the prettiest resume and striking output.

I would love to find something that is markdown based, has a dev mode (for hot-reloading), uses tailwindcss, and has a simple build process. I would love to get a flat HTML file at the end that I can host in my static blog directory structure.

Does anyone have suggestion or starter projects they can recommend?
