Ask HN: Monitoring the coming and going of Bluetooth devices around your home

I’m looking for a solution that would constantly monitor Bluetooth at my home. It would keep a local database of all devices seen. It would keep track of the first time they were seen and the most recent time they were seen. Optionally it would trigger events based on their comings and goings.

Not knowing what platform you're looking for makes it difficult. Mobile, Windows, Linux etc.

A quick search I found two possible solutions...

   https://www.acrylicwifi.com/en/bluetooth-analyzer/

Depending on what device you're trying to target with it, many have security measures in place that prevent you from being tracked/profiled - for instance iOS https://support.apple.com/guide/security/bluetooth-security-...

I think you're looking for Home Assistant:
