Skimming details, the HVDC project (Mississippi <==> Texas, 3,000MW) is claimed to create a relatively modest number of construction jobs (vs. the other 3 projects mentioned)...but an order-of-magnitude
higher number of permanent jobs.
Is anyone familiar with the technology, to enlighten us?
