"ChatGPT generated this program in 5 minutes; why did it take you 3 days?"

Why do I need a manager for anything?

Aside that, the generated app very likely doesn't work. Generating the prompt with sufficient context that you can use the solution almost directly is beyond the scope of such a task.

If you had another AI that is indeed trained on your database schemes, it might work. But there is still testing and integration. I believe 3 days is plenty time, but you should take at least that for optimal development, even for small applications and tools.

Any AI program also needs code review, which might as well take as long as developing it itself. AI is good for autocomplete, but nothing else too complex.
