NTSB issues urgent safety alert after Boeing 737 rudder failure

Should we blame the government or blame society or blame the capitalisation of the industry? Blame Man&Crew, blame man&crew, its the cheapest, earliest out of responsibility ..

So my cluedo guess, the maintenance crew in the hangar,with the wrench? Would be interesting if such safety relevant jobs got a head&bodycam policy so company policies and state of plane could be reviewed.

Looks like it only affected a small number of United’s fleet but the defective part may be in planes used by foreign carriers
