Ask HN: How to Generate Inbound Leads?

Hi all, quick intro - I've learned a lot in the last 4 years of my founder journey but I'm realizing I've never focused on creating inbound interest for some of my projects.... A lot of my efforts have been through cold outreach (which works fine) but at some point I need to keep learning/growing other areas I'm weakest at (marketing, inbound generation), are there any founders with experience here? Specifically, creating brand messaging/positioning? I've collected value statements from early users but I assume there are specific details to get right outside of a nice landing page and a reddit post lol.
