I would like to see a leaked copy of this potential deal, wages, paid medical, legal, dental and other benefits fully aired.
The reason I ask, is a few months ago there was salary information about a floor sweeper who was paid over $100,000 a year - was this huge overtime etc?
I reason that skilled aero mechanics would certainly be paid more than sweepers and make me suspect greed/avarice have seats at the bargaining table.
