Ubisoft Is 'Mismanaged, Shareholders Are Hostages'

Weren't shareholders the ones that demanded games to be more "safe" and more politically correct to a degree they get stale and less interesting?

That said, I think there is just a clique of them trying to oust the original founders. Usually companies do worse if they ever are successful.
