As soon as you copy data from Google Places (e.g. the address) it's copyright infringement (their terms are pretty strict). Same for Yelp, Foursquare etc. Taking the same data from open sources like OpenStreetMap is easier but then you deal with the ODbL share-alike clause. You'd need to mark which data came from OSM. And if you mix in your own data you have to make it available under the same open license (e.g. download-able for others).
Collecting the data yourself (https://tally.so/r/3jWBQa) should work. Still I would instruct users not to copy any data from other sources.
