Out of curiosity, is that go-out-side-and-run-around recess, or just a break between classes? I imagine it takes some time to get kids out and back in.
The wifey is a teacher here in Finland and she gets "outdoor duty" in several time slots per week. But I can't really provide more info about the practice here til tomorrow. (Up before 6 every work day warps a lifestyle.)
