What is everyone using to scan for CSAM nowadays? As I understand the tech is typically some type of hash comparison, but the prominent thing I see is Thorn which would cost like 10x of our whole s3 bucket per month. Is there anything self host able or open source?

I’m surprised there isn’t a government offering this type of service for free.
