How does Bentley compare to AutoCAD.

They're not at all related.

Cesium is for building Web delivered interactive digital twins that include traditional spatial datasets. BIM is optional. The data within is not of CAD quality upon render in almost all instances.

Additionally, Cesium is not designed to be a CAD editor.
