I hope the CA Governor can use GenAI to auto-respond to NIMBYs who block housing development in CA. It would be a time-saving measure for state housing departments who are already very busy.

Literally says nothing informative on how it will or aims to other than 300 different buzzwords on 'innovative' and 'collaborate' with looking at things like traffic congestion, how to find people homes faster, language accessibility.

Then it talks about 'first of its kind partnership with Nvidia' while an ongoing DOJ investigation looms.

What if AI just says build more homes and make them affordable? Are they going to do that?

AI is virtual, the need for housing is physical. The concept is utter nonsense.
