Show HN: A public build log for all builders

I've never shipped a single line of code until this long-weekend (PM/Designer). AI and I teamed up heavily on this one.

Imagine we all had our own public build logs? Sure, there's X, HN, PH, personal blogs, but... I've been longing for a build log designed for the 'build in public' experience/community.

This is the beginning of "My Ship List" (https://www.MyShipList.com). I'm starting this as a personal space, but would others want their own? Lmk.

I was really inspired by Yohei Nakajima! https://www.yohei.me/
