This article has some great concepts in it that can really change how you view many things. For example, I've never been a fan of how crowded city busses are, and I've always been told that if we simply fund more routes and add more busses that that problem would go away.
Now that this article has explained the concept of induced demand its very clear that no matter how many busses and routes get added, they will apparently never get less crowded.
