Silicon Valley's Online Ideologues Are in Model Collapse

I realize this is off topic but I always wonder what causes stories to bounce off the front page. It was on the front page, then suddenly it wasn't in the top 300 posts (I didn't check any further), and now it's back on the front page - all without having a single comment.

EDIT - and after adding this comment, once again this post is nowhere to be found near the front page.

and nothing of value was lost by closing the tab.

You want to talk about how the leaders of silicon valley are sniffing their own farts, I'd love to read it. You've got a political axe to grind, your opinion is no longer valuable enough for me to consider.

Echo chambers and media bias are a universal problem; it certainly doesn't only affect tech billionaires. Maybe we expect "elites" to be less biased and consume information in a more intelligent way than the general public? TBH Silicon Valley still leans overwhelmingly left of center, and the individuals the author mentions are able to draw so much attention because they are an exception to the historic ideology of Silicon Valley.
