Did Boeing have enough after their final indignity?
ULA doesn't build Starliner -- Assuming that's what you mean. But ULA does launch it with the Atlas rocket (that has a very good record). I think it also makes some of the adapter bits that attach Starliner to the Atlas rocket, but I haven't heard of any problems with those.
