(The almost EPYC 4584PX on a Ryzen+EPYC server board.)

a. TCP performance metrics of stock vs. tuned OS

b. UDP performance metrics of stock vs. tuned OS

c. C (userland) programming methodology to saturate 100 GbE

Platforms: FreeBSD 14.1, CentOS 9 Stream, RHEL 9.4

(I can't currently afford 400GbE in QSFP-DD ZR+ form-factor.)
