Then I guess they'll just have to find the time. I do believe they just lost an antitrust suit in the US, and the EU is on the warpath. This kind of stupid behavior is why that stuff happens.

They aren't paid enough by developers to properly support them for these developers - they are primarily concerned about the user base that does pay them.

At larger enterprise levels there is more support.

They set the price themselves. It's their fault that they can't provide a service at their own price.
