Setting up Lima for developing for Linux using a Mac

Hi!

This is a little post with some tips for people in my university that needs a x86 Linux for their tasks but only have an Apple Silicon Mac.

I'm sharing it here for anyone who may find useful, and expecting some feedback to improve it
