Looks like a JDAM with IR and radar final guidance. The attack is also interesting: instead of hitting the ship it aims a little to the side and explodes underwater:

Weapons of war. The Houthis are getting missiles from Iran via smuggling ships, probably quite similar to the ship in the video.

That ship had a gross tonnage of ~5700 tons.
