'Unauthorised access': Parents hack selective school results website

This article has no explanation of how some parents got "Unauthorised access" to the test results before they were supposed to see them.

The last paragraph links past cases where the education department mistakenly published results early so I'm guessing this is just another case of incompetent gov't IT blaming hackers
