Food waste is responsible for 6% of global greenhouse gas emissions

Theres been some pilot programs to process food waste from grocery stories, except its having a hard time.

1. Gas prices to transport the scraps, collecting at the store, hauling to the manufacturing.

2. Stores saved money but then wanted to charge for their waste.

3. Expensive regulations, its creating liquid fertilizer, and theres multiple issues at the city/state/federal levels.

4. Not every store has room outside for a large box container sitting outside, and they can smell. Also hot/cold weather issues.

5. Many stores have employees who dump garbage into the food waste.
