Seems like a little upfront notice and informed consent would go a long way here. Nobody should be surprised and pressured to act out a sex scene on the spot, especially a non consensual scene.
Not to worry, in 2~3 years it'll be fully AI, and then video game voice actors won't be traumatized anymore.
I also remember being told blockchain and NFTs would be the future of gaming by now, so I'll trust in the continued discretion of the gaming community to reject nonsense.
