The state of Massachusetts is seizing control of St. Elizabeth's Medical Center in Brighton from failed Steward Health under eminent domain, having reached deals for four other facilities (Saint Anne’s Hospital, Good Samaritan Medical Center, the Holy Family Hospitals and Morton Hospital).
