It is an interesting book and it is fun to see the subject come up at this time.
Can God create a problem so difficult that even God can't solve it? These kinds of philosophical questions are orthogonal to the rigorous evidence-based scientific method. Any attempt to start some kind of science vs. religion debate is only going to rehash a million old arguments.
