At the same time there are no restrictions for private jets. EU accounts for 7-10% of all emissions, with India, China, US being the infamous leaders. I'd disband this pack of lobbied idiots and start from scratch. The ideals of EU from past century are long gone, now it's only the money and corruption running throughout Europe.
