Show HN: I build JobXRecruiter to match candidates with a Job Description

Hey HN,

a few weeks ago, I realised that a lot of vacancies receive up to 500+ candidates. There is no way a recruiter / startup can review all the Resumes.

So I build JobXRecruiter :

- company uploads all the received candidates (pdf only for now) - copy paste their job description - AI goes through each Resume , and provides a detailed analysis of the candidate - AI also provides a match (from 0% - 100%) against the job description.

It will hopefully save you a lot of time reviewing candidates.

We use Claude 3.5 , Chatgtp4o , pdf to text, laravel , and mysql.
