Show HN: Recognize culture role models in Slack or Teams

We are two friends from Serbia and we spent a year working on our side hustle - we are now live and kindly asking for feedback!

Our SaaS product is called RoMo (short for Role Models) and it's an app that integrates with Slack or Teams. It enables easy recognition to your people, directly tied to your company's core values.

We've built analytics and dashboards in the admin panel that will help you see the shape of your culture and wil enable you to recognize the role models and also take corrective actions to influence the culture based on data.

You can use it for free and please please send us your feedback so we can improve!

Hvala (means "thank you" in Serbian)
