Show HN: Multi Layer Perceptron by Hand

Hi all! I am a 18 year old student, currently learning ML and I implemented a very basic Fully connected network from scratch (using numpy). This is my first time posting on HN (and english is like my 3rd or 4th language) so please forgive me for any mistakes.

Also, if anyone could review my code and give any feedback, it would be appreciated!
