Show HN: Koi 1-Click Shipping Label Creation with WebUSB Printer/Scales

Hey HN,

I'm Marcus, one of the co-founders of www.Koi.app. My background includes running e-commerce businesses like Little Bird Electronics and Pi Australia, where I encountered the common issues of managing orders, inventory, and shipping.

To address these challenges, we bootstrapped Koi, a business management platform by merchants, for merchants. Koi integrates custom shipping hardware (WebUSB postage scales and label printers) and automates tasks such as weighing, photo capture and label printing with a single click.

Beyond shipping, Koi manages inventory across sales channels, automates mundane tasks (importing products from suppliers), and features LLM powered capabilities for assigning HS Tariff Codes and managing customer interactions. It also includes barcode scanning and photo capture for added reliability.

Koi was designed to make e-commerce operations smoother and more efficient. Feel free to reach out with any questions or feedback.

Best,

Marcus Koi Co-founder
