>Trunk-based Development

I'm curious if anyone is still using git-flow? It seems like the entire industry just unanimously (although quietly) agreed that it was a bad idea and abandoned it.

Many larger enterprises are using git flow style processes but calling it trunk based?

Lots of incentives towards longer lived feature branches

What are the incentives you mention?

Anytime I've worked on long lived branches chaos is doomed to ensue.

There is huge array of alternatives between git-flow and trunk based development.

Most still miss on benefits TBD and CI bring.

Companies settle in the middle because git-flow is very specialized branching strategy. You almost need physically sold software (but that's still not enough!).

CD == Continuous Delivery

disappointing, I thought this might've been someone trying to reverse-engineer and make their own Compact Discs

Please make this, I would read it

Would they even need to? The specs are public. Actually pressing them would be the hard part though.

yeah, either this or the smallest possible diameter CD.

I would have read about certificates of deposit as well.
