Game of Thrones name sparks passport mix-up for family

While the Passport Office doesn't look good here, I have real doubts about giving your kid a trademarked name, especially one from Hollywood.

What happens if the kid grows up and wants to do work under her own name...and immediately gets a Cease & Desist from the trademark owner's lawyers? What if the actor you've (in effect) named your kid for has a "change of heart", and becomes associated with causes (or activities) which you (or your kid's classmates & their parents) find abhorrent? What if a new prequel or sequel adds abhorrent things to the fictional character's story?

Huh? Why? Still trademarked?
