My only objection is that the author reached a conclusion (logically) and then searched for confirming research. The problem is that you can fund confirming papers for just about anything. 2 links isn't great.
Still very interesting and I'd suggest looking for high quality and quantity of confirming research.
I would guess the number one source of PUFA in the USA is soybean oil. How does an industrial waste product become so ingrained in our supply that it's hard to buy most foods without it? I thought free market provided more choice?
