Talking to people I don't know absolutely terrifies me to the point of shaking, which is really annoying when I want to try and make a new friend. Even trying to compliment someone's outfit has left me quietly breaking down in a panic instead of saying anything :/
you're not alone my friend. That's why I think it's so important to teach it to our kids.
It can be done as an adult as well, but it requires more work!
