Can't we just ask the Russians to sent up a soyuz mission?
I think it would be sensible that such a contingency plan is in the works as Falcon (and Dragon*) is currently grounded pending the results of an FAA investigation over the recent second stage mishap.
* Starliner can launch on a Falcon 9 but Dragon cannot launch on a Vulcan Centaur.
