We definitely have the technology to make machines that stone age people can't destroy or move.
Let them make the decision for themselves. Stop trying to control other people. Their decisions aren't negatively impacting you so you have no moral justification for taking control of their lives.
I wrote nothing about controlling people. Only communicating with them, so they can make informed decisions about what level of contact they want.
