Is it me, or is the "$1,816/mo HOA" fee just insane?

Pretty common in SF unfortunately.

Real estate in SF is completely broken unless you make 7 figures a year. At which point one can join the game to make it even more broken.

Does the price go down proportionally with the degree of tilt?

Is that just for shared services or does it go towards the costs to repair the bad design?

Are prices also down in buildings adjacent to the Tower?
