Ask HN: Marketing is a B*tch, please help

I've been working on my SaaS for two years and have many happy clients, but I'm struggling to reach and appeal to English-speaking users.

The website and app are translated into English. While the copy isn't perfect, it's generally acceptable.

We have users across Europe, but almost none in the US and UK. English-speaking users don't seem convinced by our product.

We've been doing : - SEO (not that good) - PH one time, was a failure (no american or english native speaker came) - TikTok influence - Instagram influence - Affiliate program
