I recently added text-to-SQL to my self-hosted website analytics platform. The idea is to be able to ask the AI questions about the data in your MySQL database, so you can get answers without having to write SQL. Currently it uses the OpenAI GPT API (but it only sends the question to be converted to SQL and database structure, it doesn't send any of your data), and the plan is to also add local Ollama support. I struggle a bit to figure out how I can create a proxy to send the local Ollama API calls from the remote dashboard to your local PC (assuming you have Ollama running locally and your dashboard is accessible on a VPS). My guess is that I have to proxy the requests through the dashboard/client.
My goal is to make UXWizz a complete analytics platform (i.e. collect stats in your local database, easily generate dashboards from the stored data, collect events and run A/B tests, store user feedback/forms/polls) that is 100% self-hosted.
There is a demo link in the footer of the website, and there's also a free trial if you want to check it out (it can also be easily installed as a DigitalOcean 1-Click App).
I'm happy to hear any feedback, especially what concerns you might have in using such a platform!
