It would be nice not to wake up in the middle of my colonscopy/endoscopy... again... for the third time.

Ask your provider to add Ketamine to the knock-out mix... if you were to wake up (again?), you literally wouldn't care about anything happening to your meatbag.

propofol is a powerful drug that michael jackson would use to sleep because he had a personal physician. his doctor, conrad murray, was convicted of involuntary manslaughter for giving michael jackson propofol leading to his death. murray received 4 years, served 2, and had his medical license revoked.

Haven't read the article yet, but Roger Penrose mentioned a friend (anesthetist?) of his who's researching microtubules as a possible culprit of consciousness. Very interesting stuff.

I recall Micheal Levin bringing up microtubules as well. Looks like the consciousness guys are on a similar thread. Seems like a fascinating place to investigate for the coming years
