How can better screening reduce the incidence of a cancer?
Is it instead a graph of cancers that got to some specific stage that the screening helps prevent by early intervention?
Extra confusing as they address the obvious confounder of early detection leading to rises in the incidence but don't really go into detail on that other than to dismiss it.
