Show HN: I'm documenting my SaaS journey from idea to launch
I've started a YouTube series documenting my journey of building a SaaS product from the ground up. The series covers everything from initial concept to launch, including technical challenges, business decisions, and personal insights.
In the latest video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6ldZEcviBeI
I discuss:
- Why I rebranded from a catchy, premium domain to a more descriptive one
- SEO considerations in domain selection
- Competitor analysis in the interactive demo software space
- UI/UX changes to appear more professional
- Upcoming feature plans like auto-pan and zoom for demo recordings
- A custom IntelliJ plugin I built for OBS users to enhance coding videos
I'm sharing this journey to provide value to other developers and entrepreneurs who might be on a similar path.
The videos are unscripted and show the real, sometimes messy process of building a startup.
I'd love to hear your thoughts, suggestions, or questions about the project or the video series. If you find it valuable, please consider subscribing to follow along with the journey.
Looking forward to your feedback!
