Shame on you Squarespace It's almost 12 hours gone, our site is sill down

We’ve been waiting over 12 hours for Squarespace to resolve a critical issue with our domain, ostad.app. Our NS information vanished, our account was disabled without notice, and their support is completely unresponsive! Our users are frustrated, and our business is suffering every hour. This level of service is unacceptable and poses a serious risk to any e-commerce, IT, or Ed-Tech business.

Their failure to address this urgent issue has cost us heavily.

Does anyone know how can we get rid of this problem as soon as possible? Is there anyone here who can help me to quickly solve this issue?
