I'd say Microsoft is the most likely of the big three for this to happen to. It seems like every few weeks there's some discovery of a big security breach there.

PS. Also, see Boeing ...Right, but I think the point in this case is that Microsoft was rent seeking with the logs.
To your point, I’ve been wondering lately how much of a national security threat outsourcing, offshoring and H1B in tech poses more generally.
