That makes sense from the theoretical point of view, but runing a vaccum tube for kilometers with liquid nitrogen inside with some superconductor inside looks very difficult.

It's a good start, but very short in comparison to power lines. Did they deploy the line on the floor or hanging in the air where wind and birds can deform it?

That's almost 6000 Amps. I'm not very updated with modern high temperature superconductors, but they use to not like very high currents.
