You could probably replace "Obesity Drugs" with a lot of other things and the title could stay unchanged.
It's not easy for someone from a country with national health to get into stories about health costs coming from the USA. And calling obesity a complex health issue (in parenthesis's no less) doesn't help - (almost) all health issues are complex.
