Not an OTA Recall this time, but replacement of the wiper motor.

So far there have been:

- An accelerator pad that falls off

- A trim piece from the truck bed that falls off

- Windshield wiper motor

The last two are lumped together, so that's two visits to the service center that's required. That really eats into profitability.

That's also a quick turn around on the windshield wiper motor - to get designed, tested, manufactured, etc. How confident is anybody that they're not going to continue experiencing problems with these motors?

Is this an unusual amount of recalls on a new vehicle? I see 6 for the 2024 Mazda CX-90:
