Bit of an anticlimactic answer.. they seem to suggest it was very dry :|Means the whole animal not selective pieces of fillet, sirloin and rump:

Uh, that first line really should read, “In most environments, our burgers, like most other foods, will decompose.
The fact that it doesn’t, and that “100% USDA inspected beef” only legally means “muscle and connective tissue from cattle the USDA has jurisdiction to inspect” is telling.
Especially in an America where there never have been enough USDA inspectors to ever come remotely close to setting eyes on, never mind meaningfully inspecting, even just 100% of the “beef” that enters the McDonald’s supply chain.
